I run a small and friendly class with a maximum of 10 mummies and babies per class.
The class incorporates yoga moves for both babies and carers.
Baby yoga has many benefits for the babies it aids digestion, colic, constipation, improves better and longer sleep patterns, strengthens muscles,aids motor skills and cross brain function but to name a few! The class is for one hour and follows the early years foundation stage and sensory play which helps the babies learn and develop.
Each class has a structured exercise programme that includes breathing and relaxation techniques. There is also a range of exercises for babies and parents/carers to enjoy together. The emphasis is on family bonding and having fun together.
Ultimately, we aim to create a happy and healthy lifestyle for the family.
Each class follows the EYFS and SEN guidelines and includes early years and sensory learning.
